Eric asks if anyone is as scared by this as he is. I’m not sure if I’m AS scared, or MORE scared, but the idea that “government lawyers told federal judges that the president can send the military into any U.S. neighborhood, capture a citizen and hold him in prison without charge, indefinitely” — THAT idea scares me.
