So course registration at Luther has been open for a couple of weeks already, and only two people are signed up for my religious ed in relation to creation class. Bummer! This is one of my favorite classes to teach, because it meets part of the time at Shalom Hill Farm in southwestern Minnesota. I’m also kind of surprised, since there seems to be more environmental interest emerging than in previous years, and this class is all about the intersections of environmental pedagogies and religious pedagogies. Sigh. Here’s hoping that sometime in the next few weeks at least a handful of other people decide to take it.
