There’s something remarkably powerful and moving to me in Sen. Obama’s suspending his campaign and flying home to Hawaii to be with his grandmother, who is desperately ill. He’s had to endure so much already in this campaign, I hope he can be there in time and with some room to be present with her. Meanwhile, the rest of us can work to get him elected and those of us who believe, can pray.
