What a wonderful evening! We watched the DNC today via their own website, which meant that we had three glorious hours of uninterrupted coverage. It’s hard for me to describe how inspired and transported I was. If you didn’t watch the evening coverage, you owe it to yourself to at least watch Al Gore’s and Barack Obama’s speeches. If you can find a way to do it unhampered by blithering pundits, that’s even better.

And one small additional note: I have no idea who Joel Hunter is, and what kinds of issues he ordinarily leads with in his ministry, but his benediction tonight went a long way towards embodying all of the things I wish Donald Miller’s had done.
