Emergence and coalescence

Adaptive action is all about perceiving patterns and communicating “across containers” of meaning. I’m intrigued this morning to discover that the folk working with Otto Scharmer’s “theory U” ideas are starting to develop a framework of “educational evolution” that is very similar to the ideas I put forth years ago in my work on reflective practice in theological education. Finding similar patterns across divergent fields is a good sign!
