Ask Carter to observe November elections
I have long admired Jimmy Carter and the work of the
Carter Center. Among other commitments, they have extensive experience observing elections all over the world. Now there is
a petition available on the Net asking the Carter Center to prepare
to observe and provide oversight of the upcoming November elections here in the US. Given all of the mess in the last presidential election, I think this is a good request and we should gather as many signatures for the petition as we can.
