Open Access issues
Here's
an entire book about open access issues in the academic setting -- which is freely available online, as well as in print form. I found it through
Stephen Downes' blog, which included a link
to this article describing open access, and tracing the history of the term and its implications. A further post includes this link to
open content initiatives.
